Behaviour
Our intent is to nurture a school community where behaviour is grounded in strong, respectful relationships. We seek to create an environment where every individual is valued, known, and loved. Guided by Christian values such as compassion, forgiveness, dignity, justice, and hope, we commit to fostering behaviour that reflects our shared identity as a caring and inclusive community.
We believe that positive behaviour grows from positive relationships. Therefore, our approach prioritises connection over correction, understanding over assumption, and restoration over punishment. Through relational practice, we support children to take responsibility for their actions, repair harm, and learn from challenges. We aim to develop resilient, empathetic individuals who recognise the impact of their choices on others and contribute to a culture of trust, kindness, and mutual respect.
Our behaviour intent is to ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to flourish academically, socially, and spiritually. Rooted in Christian values and sustained by relational practice, we strive to build a school where peace, generosity, and love guide our actions, and where all members of our community thrive together.
